Andrey Rublev became the third-youngest champion in the history of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open, winning each of the eight sets he contested in Doha to claim his third ATP Tour title. The 22-year-old beat Mikhail Kukushkin, Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Miomir Kecmanovic to reach the championship match, where he defeated first-time ATP Tour finalist Corentin Moutet. The Russian claimed four singles victories en route to the semi-finals at the inaugural ATP Cup. Medvedev climbs one position to match his career-high of No. 4 in the FedEx ATP Rankings.
